P.B. & J. Salsa
Submitted by: ChefDoug   Member Profile

I former co-worker used to bring in jars of his home maade hot sauce to work. I've made it at home a few times.
It is very strange but it has an interesting flavor and lots of heat.

Ingredients:

1 cup Dried Aribol Chiles
1 cup Canola Oil
1/2 cup Peanut Butter
1/2 cup Grape Jelly

Directions:

1. in a blender dry blend the Dried Aribol Chiles
2. Add Canola Oil and puree
3. Add Peanut Butter and blend
4. Add Grape Jelly and blend
5. Add salt to taste(remember, the more salt, the less burn)
